Recently, at NYLON's August issue party in Hollywood, the model-turned-actress dished on her fitness routine, or lack thereof. "I think you have to change it up so you don't get bored. My friend the other day was like, 'I just got this Groupon for paddle boarding! So we're going to go do that. It's a really good workout and I'm a water person." Ashley Greene went on to explain how she dabbles in a bit of everything when it comes to fitness. Changing it up, it seems, is what keeps her going.
