Synopsis:

Set in the exotic paradise that is tumultuous Indonesia, Java Heat tells the gripping story of an American expatriate, Jake (Kellan Lutz), an undercover FBI agent posing as a university professor to gather evidence of a new generation of terrorists region.

After the Sultan of Java was killed in a suicide bombing, Jake finds himself in the center of a police investigation led by the local police, Lieutenant Hashim. As Jake is very close to the truth, he becomes the target of a mysterious murderer for hire, Malik (Mickey Rourke) who will stop at nothing until the American dead.
