You Can Star With Jackson Rathbone In New Web Based Series
London: Facebook has now launched a new app that will turn its users’ lives into a TV show by allowing them to insert their photos and updates into a special action series created for the web.
“Two and a Half Men” and “Gossip Girl” makers Warner Bros will launch the social-networking’s site first-ever action series called ‘Aim High’ in October, the Telegraph reports.
The plot will revolve around a high school student, played by Jackson Rathbone, a young actor best known for his role in the Twilight vampire films, who is leading a double life as a US spy.
The web show would allow Facebook users to become participants in the show through using an application on Aim High’s Facebook page.
Users can be integrated into the show, such as seeing their face on a poster or their name written on a wall.

Kellan Lutz Initially Turns Down Role in 'Twilight'
Twilight actor Kellan Lutz has confirmed that he initially turned down the chance to star in the hit vampire movie franchise. Kellan did however admit that his agent kept on at him about auditioning and he eventually gave in and read for the part of Emmett.
Lutz explained, “I didn’t want to do it. I spent so much time filming in Africa, seven months, and that’s a long time to be away from your family and dogs. My agent wanted me to read for Edward and I read the script and thought that character was too depressing for me right now, I want to do something where I smile. I wanted to take a break from acting and I said that, I turned it down, I turned down the audition a couple of times.”

"Scene Louisiana" Talks With Peter Facinelli
MH: You filmed the first few installments of the Twilight franchise up in the Northwest. Was it a big shift coming down to Louisiana for the final two films?
PF: I actually enjoyed it, you know? I love the scenery there, the food, the culture. I shot a movie in New Orleans a while back and I’ve always loved Louisiana. So getting to go back there was kind of nice. What was really nice about it was it was so warm there. We went up to Canada and it was freezing cold so it was a little bit of a treat to be able to walk on set in a t-shirt or go to dinners.
MH: Did you have the opportunity to make it back to New Orleans?
PF: I did. My family came into town and I took them to New Orleans and we had a good time. I think I tweeted a picture…there was an old photography place where we walked in to like a costume place where you could put on some old New Orleans garb and take a picture like an old time photo. So the kids had a lot of fun with that and I took the kids to Bourbon Street during the day, as they were hosing down the streets, and my little daughter said, “Why do they hose down the streets?” I said, “Because grown-ups throw up on it all night long.” She was like, “Dad, you can’t take me here ever again.”
MH: Yeah, there are a few things in the morning that will make you blush on Bourbon.
PF: They had a good time, a really good time. New Orleans, in that part of town, there’s just so much culture, and the music’s great and the food is great. It was exciting to be there.

Interview by Stephenie Meyer...
It feels very good to see Kristen Stewart again. I've missed her. We're meeting at the little mews house where I'm living for the summer, about an hour outside London. Kristen seems relaxed and happy; she looks fantastic--not unusual for her--and better rested than the last time I saw her, at the end of the interminable two-movie shoot that dominated our lives for the past year. You may know me as the author of the Twilight series, but I'm also a producer of the movies, so Kristen and I have gotten to know each other very well while filming during the past three years. Now the series is close to being over, with Breaking Dawn in theaters this month and Breaking Dawn Part 2 coming out next fall.

The View Point Inn, Where The Twilight Prom Scene Was Filmed, Is Going Up For Auction
Sadly, the View Point Inn - which served as the set location for Twilight's prom scene and recently suffered losses resulting from a fire - will be put up for auction soon after being lost by its owners.
KPTV reports that the owners were ordered to abandon the property after bankruptcy court proceedings and that it is now "in the hands of a trustee who will look for potential bidders."
Perhaps new ownership will be the ticket for bringing the View Point Inn back to life.
