Nurse Jackie - DVD and Blu-ray Releases Planned for 'Season 3' of the Showtime Series

No availability date yet, but Amazon is taking advance orders for DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

This past March through June, Showtime aired Nurse Jackie - Season 3, starring Edie Falco and Peter Facinelli. Now Amazon has begun taking pre-orders for the latest season on both DVD and high-def Blu-ray Disc formats. These listings are prior to the official Lionsgate Entertainment announcement for the items, though, so instead of a street date Amazon only says "This title has not yet been released. You may pre-order it now and we will deliver it to you when it arrives." Pricing is available, however, currently showing $39.98 SRP for the standard DVD and $39.97 SRP for the Blu-ray (you can, of course, guarantee your copy right away at a discounted price, if you order it using either of the above links). There are no other details available so far at Amazon's entries, nor is there cover art yet (just temp art used to promote the show's broadcasts). Stay tuned, however, and we'll update you further on this title, just as soon as we find out anything more!

A Vamp in the Cosmo Offices

Jackson Rathbone stopped by Cosmopolitan magazine, and apparently the staff didn’t get any work done…fancy that

“Jackson Rathbone, the scruffy looker who plays Jasper in the Twilight series and , stopped by the Cosmo offices yesterday afternoon. In possibly related news, Cosmo staffers did not get a whole lotta work done yesterday afternoon.

We took him on a tour of the office—he commented on how nice it was to be around so many good-smelling women after being on a tour bus with a bunch of guys—then we sat him down to ask him questions you ladies came up with. (We asked our Twitter followers and Facebook fans to let us know what they were dying to ask Jackson. We chose a few of our favorites. So, if your Q is below you can pretty much tell people that you interviewed a Twilight star.)

Oh and by the way, when we told him that we were going to grill him, he was totally game, saying “I love a barbecue!”

You grew up with a sisters so you probably have a good idea about how women’s minds work. But what’s the one thing you’ll never understand about us?

Everything having to do with grooming! Their need to put on makeup and wear fancy clothing. I think a girl looks good when she wakes up with nothing on her face.

What’s the craziest way a fan has gotten your attention?

It’s really weird when people just start yelling and running at you. It makes me want to yell and run. The other way. It’s just sort of my natural human reaction. But I’ve been in a bar when someone comes up to me and just says, “I enjoy your work.” It’s really nice. And that doesn’t make me want to run the other way.”

Kristen Looks Laid Back & Lovely At Comic Com

If there is one event where it is completely appropriate to go casual, it is Comic Con. So, we were not surprised when Kristen stuck to jeans and tees for the event. Even though she wore her usual basics, she did manage to spice things up a bit. For her first panel (which showcased ‘Breaking Dawn’ ), Kristen wore a few of her staple brands: 7 For All Man Kindskinny jeans and black hightop Converse sneakers. She did, however go a little racy with her 60′s inspired sheer, cropped-top by Market T’s. For her second panel (where we were lucky enough to get a first look at Kristen as ‘Snow White’), Kristen went with another pair of 7 jeans, but opted to mix up her shoe choice with a pair of 2-toned lace-up oxfords. We appreciated the nice change from her usual sneakers. She paired them with an adorable ‘Blood is the New Black’ Metal Bears Distressed Tank Top from Urban Outfitters.

Beau Nelson (makeup) and Adir Abergel (hair) glammed Kristen up for her Comic Con panels. We really loved that each look was so different from the other. For her ‘Breaking Dawn’ panel, Kristen sported her usual touseled,beachy waves. Then for the SWATH panel 2 days later, she wowed us with a sleek, volumonous blow-out.  Her makeup looks also offered us a nice variety.

Summit Buying U.S. For Scott Derrickson-Directed Thriller With Ethan Hawke

EXCLUSIVE: Summit Entertainment has won an auction for U.S. distribution rights to an untitled "found footage" thriller that Scott Derrickson will direct, with Ethan Hawke starring. Jason Blum is producing with Brian Kavanaugh-Jones' Automatik Entertainment and shooting starts in September. I'm told the movie will cost under $5 million, but the success of the Blum-produced micro-budget horror pics Paranormal Activity and Insidious ramped up the bidding on the project.

Kellan Lutz Didn't Want Edward Cullen Role In 'Twilight'

Twilight star Kellan Lutz says he turned down his chance to land Robert Pattinson's role in the series of movies that has helped make him a household name. But why?

There are tons of young, struggling actors in Hollywood that would have loved to get the chance to audition for the role of Edward Cullen in the Twilight movies. However, Kellan said he turned down the opportunity multiple times because he thought the part was "too depressing," telling his agent that he wanted "to do something where I smile."

However, his agent knew that Twilight was going to be big and pushed him to read for the more comedic role of Emmett, and Kellan Lutz was lucky that he fell in love with that character. So you hear that, Robert Pattinson? The only reason you ended up playing Edward Cullen was because Kellan Lutz didn't want to.

It's funny that Kellan found the world's most desirable man (vampire?) depressing, but hopefully he doesn't let a lack of smiles ruin his movie career -- he's best-suited for action-packed movie roles, and they don't usually call for a lot of hamming it up on camera.

Kristen Stewart lands in London to begin Snow White and the Huntsman

After last weekend's Comic-Con panel in San Diego, Kristen Stewart fans are probably pretty excited about the fact that production for Snow White And The Huntsman begins very, very soon.

Today, she's just been spotted landing in London, England, the shooting location for SWATH. All summer, Stewart's been seen training for the film, riding horseback and hitting up afternoon yoga sessions, and now the time for production to begin - August - is finally here.

The first images of Kristen Stewart and her co-stars in character were very well-received. Also, the distinction between Stewart's "Snow White" and the "Snow White" Lily Collins will present in The Brothers Grimm: Snow White was made palpable by the release of competing images. Stewart's shows her full-body metal armor, while Collins wears a frothy, flowery gown, much like Disney's infamous cartoon depiction of the character. Also, Stewart's version has very little make-up and is a bit dissheveled (no doubt from the struggles she endures in the story); meanwhile, Collins is pitch-perfect and very, very airbrushed (seemingly purposeful to achieve a near-animated look).

Ashley Greene LOVES her Breaking Dawn Bridesmaid Dress

While Carolina Herrera already confirmed that she designed Bella’s wedding dress for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 1, we caught up withAshley Greene to find out what she wore during the upcoming wedding scene. “I’m really excited for everyone to see my dress, too,” the Alice Cullen actress told InStyle.com at the anniversary bash for Ella Moss in Hollywood last week. “It was a collaboration for the dress. We wanted to have all the bridesmaids fit together and also have their own identity. So, we took a little bit of Alice’s past and put it into her dress.”

And what did she think of her look?  “I loved it,” she said. “I didn’t love the corset. There were corsets in them and we took them out by the end of the movie.

Summit Releases Information on the Film Leaks in March

Summit has just released the following statement in connection to the stolen images from The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.

“In an action that further communicates that those who steal images, video and other intellectual property will be identified and prosecuted globally, Summit Entertainment communicated today that it has identified the principal hacker who earlier this year stole unreleased materials from THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN which were then distributed on the internet.”

“Civil actions in the United States and Argentina name Daiana Santia, along with others, as being involved in stealing photographs, unfinished images and video from both parts of the yet to be released THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN which first appeared on the internet of March 31 of this year. Criminal action in Argentina has also been filed.”

The statement goes on to explain, “The investigation, which utilized the services of Kroll Inc. and the law firm of Keats McFarland & Wilson LLP, spanned four continents (North America, South America, Europe and Australia) and has led to the town of Posadas in northern Argentina.  It is believed that others may also be involved in the crime and thus the investigation is on-going.”

“While we very much appreciate the legions of committed fans of the franchise and encourage them to create community online, we cannot ignore that property was stolen,” said David C. Friedman, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Summit Entertainment. “It is not fair to the majority of fans that want to see the final chapter of the TWILIGHT SAGA film franchise fully realized by the filmmaker and dedicated cast and crew to have these images out and available on the Internet.”

Jealous of Robert Pattinson's chiseled six-pack? It's okay to admit it -- even some of his female fans are. So we spoke to the man behind the physique, celeb trainer and fitness maven Harley Pasternak, to find out the moves Pattinson uses on his enviable core.

Pasternak recommends starting with a five-minute cardio warmup, then heading into the circuit. "To start, three sets of 20 to 25 reps per move is great, but remember to keep changing your program week to week to keep seeing results," he advises.

The Moves:
1. Bicycle Crunch: Lay flat on your back and raise your legs into the air, bending them at a 90-degree angle. Crunch your head up with your hands interlaced behind your head. Bend your right knee towards your left elbow, extending your left leg, then repeat, switching sides. "This move is great because it trains the ab muscles forwards, backwards and sideways on the transverse muscle," says Pasternak.

2. Dumbbell Side Bend: Stand up straight with a dumbbell in your right hand and your left hand on your hip. Lean down with your weighted hand, moving the dumbbell towards your knee, and then return to standing. Do all reps on one side, then switch. "This tones the obliques and helps create that crease you see on Rob. It's great for those shirtless scenes!" he says.

3. Double Crunch: Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Bring your chest up, as you do in a regular crunch, and simultaneously roll your knees in towards your chest. "It should look like an oyster closing up," says Pasternak.

4. Superman: Lie flat on your stomach, with your arms straight forward in front of you and your legs straight back. In one fluid motion, raise your arms and legs as high as you can upwards. "It trains every single muscle in your midsection," says Pasternak.

The Universal Pictures feature film “Snow White and the Huntsman” heading into production in August, 2011 and casting for supporting roles, day players, extras, photo-doubles, and stand-ins for the films stars is underway and will countinue through the end of shooting in December, 2011. The filming locations will be in in the City of Durham, UK area in North East England, in London at the Pinewood studios, and other various locations in the UK.

"Breaking Dawn" run time revealed?

There has been a lot of talk over the past few days about the fact that an Australian movie site, Event Cinemas, listed The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1's run-time at two hours and fifteen minutes. Some expect that this was a mistakenly early reveal by the website and that the listed run-time is accurate.
The last three Twilight Saga films have all rung in somewhere right around two hours. According to the filmmakers associated with each picture, though, the two hour mark was not a goal which they strived for; it was just happenstance.
