We guess "don't shoot (or tweet) the messenger" doesn't apply when Twilight news is involved, huh?
One of our go-to Robsten sources reached out to us to shed some more light on what really went down behind the scenes...
"Let's just say Rob and Kristen got a slap on the wrist," 'fesses one of our moles deep inside Camp Robsten.
"Everyone, from their management to the studios involved in their upcoming movies, is worried [Rob and Kristen] will start to become…distracted."
Again like we said in yesterday's item (which many misread), Rob and Kristen are still together and totally cool. But they are both listening to what their teams are telling them, which is to stay focused.
As we've been pointing out, a lot is riding on R.Pattz's and K.Stew's movies post-Twilight—that includes promotion for The Runaways and Remember Me, but also getting their cute butts in gear for upcoming projects.
Rob needs to kick ass in Bel Ami, and Kristen needs to stay motivated to sort through which projects she's going to sign on to next.
Now, this isn't the first time R and K have had a relationship intervention of sorts. Interesting how everything comes full circle, right? After what has seemed like months of free Robsten love, the suits still mean business, and they have no shame in letting our fave New Moon lovebirds know who's boss.
It's like we're back where we started. Only now, it's not so much people telling Rob and Kristen not to be together (as, trust us, it very much once was), but everyone surrounding R.Pattz and K.Stew wants to make sure they haven't forgotten why they are here in the first place: to work.
Somehow we think Robsten are just fine after their semi-gentle reminder to stop playing footsie and listen up. In fact, we know it.
Once they stop pimping out their respective independent films and Eclipse starts back up again, R and K will do what they do best, which is be sneaky...together. Love.
Well, there you have it! Another edition of fact or fiction to leave your head spinning. Again I'd like to say that there's no need to get all worked up, but I still have to ask.... what does today's new spin have you thinking? Do you think we've seen this happen before? Hey M! I think their right they do need to focus on whats coming up in order to be successful. And both Rob and Kristen are mature enough to realize that. This isn't the end of Robsten, its just business. They will balance their relationship and business, just like the rest of have to.
ReplyDeleteI have no doubt that their a couple, but both are intelligent, mature and motivated enough to keep both the love and the business in perspective and not get overwhelmed.
I don't know anymore what to believed. I'll go with the current or I'll just wait and see and shed some tears when things goes wrong.

There is just nothing to tell right now - so Ted & co just invent stories to keep the readers amused... pfff. Please.

ReplyDeleteThat means they were way too much into each other, so they had to get a slap on their wrist. LOLOLOLOLOLOL. Sounds like teenager wich are sooooo head over heals in love that they forget to focus.
Every interview during New Moon and Sundace showed that both are mature, ambitious, serious actors and can handle themselves very well. They know when it is time to "play" and to "work"
And who is boss/managment? Rob`s manger Nick and lovely Agent security blanket for Kristen?? And the studios involved in the upcoming movies? The Runaways? Do you think the studÃo of Runaways or Joan Jett would describe Kristen as "distracted by her love for Robert". Seriously???
The only valid message Ted is giving is that (for him) is not much to report about Robsten in the next weeks/month.
But at least he got what he wanted, he created drama, got attention again and hits on his websites.
oh come on...it's stupid...just think that rob is starting to shoot his new film bel ami and kristen is starting to promote her movies. it's obvious that they need a lil publicity and so...their managers thought this gossip is gonna work..and come on it's TED!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's been known for months that Rob would be working on Bel Ami in London & Budapast. It was assumed that Kristen would be working on K-11 in LA, which is now apparantely on hold. There is no story here. This isn't news. There is no sudden seperation caused by the film studios or anybody. The plan was ALWAYS for them both to be working right now. Ted once again is just throwing fuel on the fire & sitting back & watching it flame up.
